WILFRED DIAZ, CLINIC MANAGER/DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
BOARD CERTIFIED ORTHOPEDIC CLINICAL SPECIALIST
Wilfred Diaz, P.T., D.P.T., O.C.S. received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2002. He then attended the University of Southern California, receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. While at USC he received the Honor of the Golden Cane award. This is the highest honor awarded to graduates demonstrating outstanding accomplishments in a variety of professional areas. Wilfred also became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist in 2010.
Wilfred regularly attends courses to stay up to date on the latest treatments and research, and helps patients with most all orthopaedic diagnoses. Wilfred grew up playing water polo, swimming, surfing, and is a Los Angeles County Ocean Lifeguard. This has led him to work with many aquatic athletes, both at the competitive and recreational level. He remains active in the local aquatic culture as swim coach with SWIM Long Beach. Wilfred is fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.
